. Install the fan belt idler assembly, the three lock

7. Install the fan belt.

8. Remove the four cap-screws that hold the adapter

15. Install the adapter plate on the water pump.

Aftercooler Pump - Remove and Install

. Install a new pump.

6. Remove the thermostats and seals.

12. install a new gasket. Install the thermostat housing

23. Install but do not tighten the four lock washers and

37. Install the bracket to the pump using two large flat

37. Install the bypass connection gaskets. Tighten the

. Install a new pump.
