Procedure

  1. 14. Install the two upper radiator hoses.
  2. 15. Tighten the hose clamps to 6 Nem [50 in-Ib].
  3. Water Pump - Remove and Install
  4. Preparatory Steps
  5. 1. Drain the cooling system.
  6. Remove the Coolant By-pass Tube.
  7. 2.Loosen the hose clamp. Remove the two cap-
  8. screws, the lower tube and the gasket.
