Before you start

  1. 3. Remove ali hose clamps from the intake air pipe at
  2. the aftercooler and at the actuator and remove the
  3. air pipe.
  4. 4. Remove the four 3/8 “ mounting boits.
  5. install
  6. Note: All gaskets must have a thin coat of high tem-
  7. perature silicone applied to both sides of the gasket
  8. surface.
  9. 1.Clean both the actuator mounting gasket surface
  10. and the upper air adapter gasket surface.
