    Cause: Fuel level low, Verify fuel pump operation.
    Fix: Check fuel level in tank. Inspect air filter for blockage.

    Fix: Verify voltage from transformer: When a bulb strikes (induces an arc), transformer voltage should be approximately 400 VAC. Next, voltage should drop, slowly rise, then stabilize at 240–260 VAC. On hard-wired models, remove mast junction box cover and insert wire probes into the connector blocks of the light and ground. Light Tower Setup installation

⚠ Verify area above unit is clear of overhead wires before raising the mast

  1. Position unit at ground level or higher than the area to be illuminated
  2. Place unit on firm, relatively flat ground (less than 5° slope) and block wheels
  3. Rotate the tongue jack 90° and raise the trailer tongue off the towing vehicle
  4. Use the grounding stud on the frame per NEC and local regulations
  5. Pull outrigger locking pins and extend outriggers until pins snap into place
  6. Rotate rear jack 90° and lower it, then level the trailer with all four jacks
  7. Adjust lamp aim by loosening trunnion wing nuts, then tighten hardware
Jack Maintenance maintenance
  1. Apply automotive grease to internal gearing via jack cover or grease fitting near crank (side-wind models)
  2. Rotate jack handle to distribute grease evenly
