Before you start
- Do NOT manually transfer under load.
- Do not use excessive force when operating manually.
Procedure
- Turn generator AUTO/OFF/MANUAL switch to OFF.
- Turn OFF UTILITY SERVICE DISCONNECT circuit breaker.
- Attach manual handle to moveable contact carrier arm.
- Move handle UP for UTILITY (NORMAL) position.
- Move handle DOWN for GENERATOR (STANDBY) position.
- Remove handle and return to storage bracket when finished.
