Applies to: Kubota GL 11000, Kubota GL 7000, Kubota GL 9000, Kubota GL11000-STD, Kubota GL11000-USA, Kubota GL6000, Kubota GL6000-AUS, Kubota GL6000-STD, Kubota GL7000-STD, Kubota GL7000-USA, Kubota Z482 / D722 engine, Kubota Z482 engine

Before you start

  • DO NOT remove the radiator cap while coolant is hot.
  • Allow the engine and radiator to cool off completely (more than 30 minutes after it has been stopped).

Procedure

  1. Remove the radiator cap after the engine has completely cooled and check that coolant reaches the supply port.
  2. Check the coolant level of the reserve tank; when between the FULL and LOW marks the coolant will usually last for one day's work.
  3. When the coolant level drops due to evaporation, add only 50/50 coolant up to the full level.
  4. Securely retighten the radiator cap.
