Before you start
- Stop engine before disconnecting cables; disconnect negative first, connect positive first.
Procedure
- Open the generator door.
- Disconnect the cable from battery negative terminal.
- Disconnect the cable from battery positive terminal.
- Remove the battery.
- Install the new battery.
