Generac IQ3500 — Setting the Exercise Timer

Before you start

  • The exerciser will only work in the AUTO mode.

Procedure

  1. Set the exercise timer via the EDIT menu.
  2. The generator will start and exercise every seven days on the set day and time.
  3. During exercise the unit runs for approximately 12 minutes and then shuts down.
  4. Reset current date and time whenever the 12 volt battery is disconnected/reconnected or the fuse is removed.
