Generac G-Force 1000 Series — Servicing the Air Cleaner

For the Generac G-Force 1000 Series, from the Generac owner's manual.
Applies to: Generac G-Force 400 Series engine, Generac G-Force 800 Series engine, Generac G-Force 1000 Series engine
Procedure
- Press OFF on control panel and remove front panel.
- Remove cover clips and air cleaner cover.
- Remove old air filter element and discard.
- Thoroughly clean air cleaner enclosure of dust or debris.
- Install a new air filter element.
- Install air cleaner cover and fasten cover clips.
- 13–22 kW units only: verify air inlet duct is correctly connected to air cleaner cover.
- Press AUTO to return unit to AUTO.
