Procedure
- Remove cable ties from injection lines.
- Loosen pipe clamps using PH2 Phillips screwdriver.
- Loosen union nut on injection lines with W.A.F. 17 mm wrench.
- Dismount return line with W.A.F. 17 mm wrench.
- Remove nozzle holder assembly with W.A.F. 21 mm wrench.
- Remove copper seal and heat shield.
- Dismount glow plug connector and remove glow plugs.
- Reassemble using new copper seal and heat shield.

Specs & values
- Injection line union nut 24.5 to 34.3 Nm
- Fixing nut for overflow oil line 19.6 to 24.5 Nm
- Nozzle holder assembly 49.0 to 68.6 Nm
- Glow plug 7.8 to 14.7 Nm
