Procedure

  1. Close raw water stop cock.
  2. Remove cover of raw water pump by loosening screws.
  3. Pull impeller with multigrip pliers from shaft.
  4. Mark impeller position before removal.
  5. Check impeller for damage and replace if necessary.
  6. Lubricate impeller with glycerin or non-mineral lubricant.
  7. Attach impeller to pump shaft in marked position.
  8. Fasten cover using a new seal.
