Before you start
- A clogged filter causes decreased power output.
Procedure
- Clamp fuel inlet.
- Remove hoses from used filter and fit to new filter.
- Observe arrow on filter housing for fuel flow direction.
- For sight glass type: unscrew housing and filter element counterclockwise.
- Screw new element into mount.
- Lubricate sight glass O-ring with heat-resistant grease (Antiseize); refit sight glass clockwise.
Specs & values
- Change at latest every 300 operating hours
