Before you start
- Do not permit any open flame near the fuel system.
Procedure
- Install a new o-ring, filter element (with sealing grommet), filter spring and clear cover.
- Install the vent cap and collar onto the clear cover.
- Hand tighten; do not use tools to tighten the collar.
Specs & values
- O-ring and grommet must be replaced with the filter element
