Before you start
- Never open radiator filler cap while engine and radiator are hot.
Procedure
- Remove radiator cap after engine cools.
- Loosen radiator drain plug and drain cooling water.
- Tighten drain plug after draining.
- Fill radiator with cooling water to filler port lip.
- Fill coolant recovery tank to FULL mark.
- Check radiator-to-recovery-tank hose for secure connection and damage.
