Kohler — Scheduled Maintenance

For these Kohler models: 10/13/15ERG, 10ERG, 13ERG, 15ERG, TP-6334.

Applies to: Kohler 10Erg, Kohler 13Erg, Kohler 15Erg, Kohler Tp 6334

Procedure

  1. Close the radiator’s coolant drain valve and tighten
  2. Fill the radiator with the recommended coolant
  3. Replace the radiator’s pressure cap.
  4. Operate the engine until the thermostat opens and
  5. Stop the engine and allow it to cool.
  6. Remove the radiator’s pressure cap.
  7. Add coolant to the radiator to just below the
  8. Replace the radiator’s pressure cap.
  9. Maintain the coolant level in the coolant overflow
