Before you start
- Do not operate with air cleaner removed - sudden backfire risk
Procedure
- Loosen two cover retaining knobs and remove cover
- Remove paper element; replace if dirty, bent, or damaged
- Check air cleaner base and element cover for damage
- Reinstall element flat and properly seated
- Install cover and secure with two retaining knobs
