Generac NP-30G — Checking Engine Oil Level

Procedure

1. Be sure the generator is as level as possible.
2. Remove oil dipstick and wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
3. Install and tighten oil dipstick, then remove again.
4. Oil should be at dipstick FULL mark; add recommended oil to FULL mark only.
5. Install and tighten oil dipstick cap before operating the engine.
