Generac NP-30G — Battery Cable Connections

Procedure
- Connect the cable from the POSITIVE (POS or +) battery post to the large lug on the starter contactor.
- Connect the cable from the NEGATIVE (NEG or -) battery post to the frame ground connection.
- Connect cables so connectors are clean and tight.

- Voltage drop between battery terminals and generator connection point should not exceed 0.12 volts per 100 amperes of cranking current
