Generac MDE330 — Using Two-Position Link Board

Adjustments

Before you start

  • Never attempt to open link board panel when engine is running.

Procedure

  1. Shut down the unit.
  2. Remove fasteners from link board cover panel.
  3. Loosen nuts securing link board plate to panel.
  4. Position link board for desired output voltage.
  5. Tighten nuts 40 ft-lb (54.2 Nm).
  6. Verify toggle switch is in correct position for desired voltage.
  7. Install link board cover panel; tighten bolts to 10 ft-lb (13.6 Nm).

  • Nuts 40 ft-lb (54.2 Nm)
  • Cover bolts 10 ft-lb (13.6 Nm)
