Fine Tuning the Voltage adjustment

⚠ Do not disable or modify connection box door safety switch.

  1. From Home page, press and hold CHECKMARK button to access configuration editor.
  2. Press UP or DOWN to scroll to Editor - Generator Voltage Adjust L-N.
  3. Press and release CHECKMARK so voltage starts to flash.
  4. Press UP or DOWN to change voltage.
  5. Press and release CHECKMARK to set and save the voltage setting.
  6. Press and hold CHECKMARK to exit the editor.
Using Two-Position Link Board adjustment

⚠ Never attempt to open link board panel when engine is running.

  1. Shut down the unit.
  2. Remove fasteners from link board cover panel.
  3. Loosen nuts securing link board plate to panel.
  4. Position link board for desired output voltage.
  5. Tighten nuts 40 ft-lb (54.2 Nm).
  6. Verify toggle switch is in correct position for desired voltage.
  7. Install link board cover panel; tighten bolts to 10 ft-lb (13.6 Nm).
Connecting to Lugs installation

⚠ Electrical backfeed. Use only approved switchgear to isolate generator.

⚠ Explosion and Fire. Do not overfill fuel tank.

  4. Fill tank with diesel fuel to 0.25 in (6.4 mm) from bottom of fill neck.
  5. Install fuel fill cap.
Manually Starting the Unit operation

⚠ Asphyxiation. Running engines produce carbon monoxide.

⚠ Fire risk. Do not operate indoors.

  1. Switch the battery disconnect switch to ON.
  2. Press the AUTO/MANUAL mode button to start MANUAL mode.
  3. Press the green Engine START (I) button.
  4. If engine fails to start it pauses 15 seconds; three crank cycles total.
  5. If no start, press ENTER to clear fail-to-start alarm and reset controller.
  6. Low-idle switch: IDLE holds 1,100 rpm; RUN idles 10 seconds then 1,800 rpm.
  7. Inspect generator for excessive noise, vibration, and leaks.
  8. Switch main circuit breaker ON, then add loads at receptacle breakers.
