Generac MCG1000MT2 — Manually Starting the Unit

Before you start
- NEVER start the unit under load. The circuit breaker must be off when starting the unit.
Procedure
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
- Push the Manual Mode button on the controller.
- Push the Start (I) button.
- Allow the engine to warm sufficiently (about 15 minutes) before adding a load.
- Push the Gen-Set button on the controller to close the main circuit breaker.
