Fischer Panda — Replacing the Water Pump at Kubota 02 series

Before you start
- Hot surface! Burn hazard
Procedure
- Drain cooling water from entire system.
- Remove V-belts.
- Remove all 4 screws on pulley with 10 mm wrench; remove pulley.
- Remove water pump fixing screws with 10 mm wrench; remove pump from transmission housing.
- Apply liquid sealant Three Bond 1215 or equivalent to both sides of new water pump gasket.
- Reinstall in reverse order; refill cooling water; de-aerate; perform test run.
