Before you start
- Do not damage O-ring
Procedure
- Remove de-aerating hose; open Cobra clamp with Cobra pliers.
- Remove cap nuts of valve cover with 10 mm wrench.
- Remove valve cover.
- Replace valve cover gasket with new gasket.
- Insert valve cover carefully without damaging O-ring.
- Tighten cylinder head screws after filling with engine oil; torque 3.9 to 5.9 Nm.
