Procedure
- Loosen upper alternator fixing screw with 12 mm wrench.
- Loosen lower alternator fixing screw with 12 mm wrench.
- Push alternator toward thermostat housing.
- Replace V-belt Quad Power XPZ 862.
- Tension V-belt by pulling alternator back; belt should yield approx. 1 cm with thumb.
- Retighten upper and lower alternator screws.

- Inspect after 50 operating hours; replacement interval 250 operating hours must never be exceeded
