Fischer Panda — Replacing the Injection Nozzles

Before you start
- Ensure generator cannot start; remove battery main switch
Procedure
- Remove cable ties from injection lines.
- Loosen pipe clamps with PH2 Phillips screwdriver.
- Loosen union nut on injection lines with 17 mm wrench.
- Dismount return line with 17 mm wrench.
- Remove nozzle holder assembly with 21 mm wrench.
- Remove copper seal and heat shield.
- Disconnect connector from glow plugs; remove glow plugs.
- Replace copper seal and heat shield with new parts during assembly.
- Blast dust out of lines with compressed air before reassembly.

- Injection line union nut: 24.5 to 34.3 Nm
- Fixing nut for overflow oil line: 19.6 to 24.5 Nm
- Nozzle holder assembly: 49.0 to 68.6 Nm
- Glow plug: 7.8 to 14.7 Nm
