Before you start

  • Close raw water cock before work.

Procedure

  1. Close raw water stop cock.
  2. Remove raw water pump cover screws.
  3. Pull impeller from shaft with multigrip pliers; mark position.
  4. Check impeller for damage and replace if necessary.
  5. Lubricate impeller with glycerin or non-mineral lubricant.
  6. Fit impeller to shaft and fasten cover with new seal.
