Cummins/Onan — Stopping the Generator Set

Applies to: Cummins/Onan DFLB, Cummins/Onan DFLC, Cummins/Onan DFLE, Cummins/Onan DFM, Cummins/Onan KTA50 / KTTA50 engine, Cummins/Onan KTA50 engine, Cummins/Onan KTTA50 engine

Procedure

1. Run the generator set at no load for three to five minutes before stopping.
2. Local: move Run/Off/Auto switch to the Off position.
3. Remote: move remote switch Off; set stops after stop time delay.
4. ATS: transfer switch sends remote stop after normal power returns.
