Procedure
- Check engine oil level; keep near dipstick high mark without overfilling.
- Check engine coolant level per Cooling Systems procedure.
- Make sure fuel tanks have sufficient fuel and fuel system is primed.
- Check for fuel leaks and that all fittings are tight.
- Check exhaust system is tight, no combustibles near, gases discharged away.
