Procedure
- Move the 0/Manual/Auto switch to the Auto position.
- Press and hold the Exercise button.
- Move the control switch from Auto to Manual and back to Auto.
- Pre-programmed exercise sequence runs; the Exercise LED lights.
- To stop early, press the Exercise button; the set completes its normal cool-down.
