Add Engine Oil maintenance

Tools: Funnel

  1. Loosen screws and remove engine service panel to access oil/fill drain plug
  2. Remove oil fill plug/dipstick
  3. Using supplied 4-cycle engine oil and funnel, slowly add oil until full
  4. Do not overfill; if oil level is too high, oil will drain through fill plug
Add Unleaded Gasoline to Gas Tank maintenance

Tools: Funnel

  1. Unscrew gas cap on top of tank and insert clean funnel
  2. Slowly add gasoline into fuel tank; level should NOT exceed filler neck
  3. Secure gas cap
Starting iGen1200 operation

⚠ Do not connect to any building electrical except through approved device

  1. Make sure nothing is plugged into power outlets
  2. Turn the fuel tank vent to the ON position
  3. Turn the engine/fuel control switch to the ON position
  4. Move the choke lever to the CHOKE position
  5. Firmly grasp and pull the recoil handle slowly until increased resistance, then apply rapid pull
  6. As engine starts and stabilizes, gradually move choke lever to RUN position
  7. Plug in electronic devices
Starting iGen2000, iGen2500 & iPro2500 operation
