Procedure
- Replace the packing at the joint and O-rings at reassembly after disassembly.
- When disassembled and cleaned, remove scale using descaling agent Unicon 146.
- Close either the inlet or outlet of the cooling tube and apply air pressure 5.0 kg/cm2 from the other end.
- Immerse the tube in water and check for air leakage; repair or replace if leaking.
