Before you start

  • Verify remote switch contacts are OPEN before pressing AUTO mode.

Procedure

  1. Attach a jumper wire between the two remote run terminals.
  2. Set genset controller power switch to ON.
  3. Press the AUTO mode button.
  4. Wait for engine to crank, start, and run.
  5. Press Stop/Reset to stop the engine.
  6. Remove the jumper wire.
  7. Leave power switch ON and close main circuit breaker.
  8. Press AUTO mode button.
  9. Secure generator by closing and locking all doors.
