Before you start
- The shift actuator must be positioned above the water level and at a minimum angle of 5°.
Procedure
- Install the actuator so the shift cable can be installed and clamped correctly.
- Install the actuator using four suitable screws.
- Ensure the shift cable pin points downwards and cover the upper slot with protective sticker.
- Install the washer and shift cable with clamp and screws along the underside of the actuator.
- Screw the threaded section of the shift cable into the adapter and lock with a cotter pin.
- Power up the EVC system before attaching the shift cable to the drive for neutral N alignment.
