Procedure
- Drain off the coolant.
- Disconnect the pipe from the coolant pump.
- Remove the five bolts holding the coolant pump; tap loose and remove.
- Clean the sealing surfaces on the pump, engine and lower radiator pipe.
- Fit new O-rings to the coolant pump.
- Fit the coolant pump.
- Fit a new O-ring to the pipe leading to the coolant pump.
- Attach the pipe to the coolant pump.
- Fill up with coolant and carry out a leakage test.
