Before you start
- If prescribed torque not reached, replace bolt with new one; bolt can be used twice
Procedure
- Bolt the flywheel ring gear together with the flywheel
- Knock straight pin into rear end of crankshaft into position
- Insert guide bar into crankshaft threaded hole, install flywheel, pretighten bolts diagonally
- Tighten the flywheel bolts per specification

Specs & values
- Flywheel bolt specification: M14 (9 PCS)
- Hand tightening: 60Nm then 90°±5° twice to 230Nm~280Nm
- Auto-wrench tightening: 60Nm then 160°+5° to 230Nm~300Nm
