Before you start
- Measure and adjust while the engine is cold
Procedure
- Bar engine to bring 1# cylinder piston to compression TDC
- Adjust intake valve clearance of 1#, 2#, 4# and exhaust valve clearance of 1#, 3#, 5# cylinders
- Turn flywheel 360° to bring 6# cylinder to compression TDC
- Adjust intake valve clearance of 6#, 5#, 3# and exhaust valve clearance of 6#, 4#, 2# cylinders
