Procedure
- Ensure engine is stopped. Ensure cooling system is full.
- Check gap between edge of cover and tip of fan blade in four equally spaced positions.
- Maximum clearance is 15 mm. Minimum clearance is 10 mm.
- Adjust cover to change clearance. Ensure cover is centralized to fan.
