Northern Lights NL673 — Replacing Brushes

Procedure

1. Shut down generator.
2. Remove four screws and end cover.
3. Brush assembly is white plastic with two wires, at ten o'clock, held by two screws.
4. Remove screws and unplug leads.
5. Attach leads to new brush assembly.
6. Install with plastic ears towards front of generator.
7. Connect wire J to terminal J and wire K to terminal K.
