Before you start
- Backflow can ruin an engine and possibly sink the vessel.
Procedure
- Generator sets with wet exhaust installed near or below water line must use a siphon break.
- Connect one side of loop from raw water pump outlet, other to heat exchanger raw water inlet.
- Refer to IM1000 Installation Manual, plumbing and exhaust section.
