Before you start
- Place protection under screwdrivers to avoid damaging pump housing.
Procedure
- Change impeller every 500 hours or as needed.
- Remove pump cover.
- Pry out impeller using needle-nose pliers or two screwdrivers.
- Remove all pieces of failed impeller.
- Clean inside of housing.
- Press in new impeller.
- Place sealing plug in outer end of impeller center.
- Keep extra impeller and cover gasket on board.
