Before you start
- Use protective clothing and open filler cap carefully when engine is warm.
Procedure
- Check coolant level about 1 in. (2.5 cm) below filler cap sealing surface when cold.
- Check engine oil level; keep between high and low dipstick marks.
- Check fuel tank level and open fuel valves.
- Close sea-cock, clean sea strainer, then reopen sea-cock.
- Place battery switch in ON position; keep ON while running.
