Procedure
- Loosen clamps holding both rubber ends to heat exchanger housing.
- Remove both rubber ends from housing.
- Pull heat exchanger core out on 753 only; on 843 and 854 clean in place.
- Clean passages with cleaning rod and flush with water.
- Clean accessible parts of housing.
- Reassemble, ensuring divider in 854 heat exchanger seats between lips in rubber end.
