Procedure
- Align the deepest portion of the rear bearing eccentric groove with the lug on the snap ring.
- Press-fit new rear bearing so groove is on the slip ring side.
- Heat the rear bracket before press-fitting the rear bearing.
- When installing rotor into rear bracket, insert a wire through a small hole to lift the brushes; remove wire after installation.
