Magnum MTP4000S — Pump Disassembly - Inspection Cover And Wear Plate

Procedure

1. Once the pump has been drained, clean the drain plug and reinstall into inspection cover.
2. Remove the four hand lugs and use the two jack screws to remove the inspection cover and assembled wear plate.
3. Replace the wear plate if it is badly worn or scored; to remove, take off the four nuts.
4. Inspect the inspection cover O-rings and replace if necessary.
