Procedure

  1. Measure the voltage across transfer switch lugs NL1 and NL2.
  2. Check the voltage displayed for Source 1 Voltage L1-L2 in the Source 1 Metering group; compare to the voltmeter.
  3. If they differ, calculate the new calibration factor: (Vmeter / Vcontrol) x Fold = Fnew.
  4. In the Source 1 Calibration group, type the new value for Source 1 Calibration Factor Voltage L1-L2 and click Apply Changes.
  5. Allow a few seconds and compare the voltmeter reading with the controller display.
  6. For three-phase models, repeat for L2-L3 and L3-L1.
  7. Start the generator set and repeat for Source 2 using Source 2 Metering and Calibration groups.
