Before you start
- Disconnect all power sources before opening the enclosure.
- Wear an approved grounding wrist strap to prevent ESD damage.
Procedure
- Press OFF on generator set controller; disconnect utility power.
- Disconnect the generator set engine starting battery, negative lead first.
- Disconnect power to the transfer switch by opening switches or breakers.
- Open the enclosure; verify power is off at source connections.
- Disconnect all connections to the circuit board.
- Pull the board off the four standoffs; note orientation.
- Place new board on standoffs; push until all four corners snap.
- Reconnect connectors, replace door, reconnect power, press AUTO.
