Procedure
- Add crankcase oil (grade meeting manufacturer's specs) to correct level.
- Inspect oil heater for proper operation and leaks.
- With engine running, check for excessive crankcase blow-by.
- Visually inspect front and rear crankshaft seals and lubrication system gaskets for leaks.
- Check crankcase breather, inspect hose and connections.
- Take oil sample and perform oil analysis.
