Kohler KG2204 — NG to LPG Conversion

Before you start

  • Accidental starting can cause severe injury or death
  • Risk of fire near fuels or fuel system
  • Explosive fuel vapors can cause fires and severe burns

Procedure

  1. Disconnect battery cables, negative lead first, before working on engine
  2. Push the regulator adjusting cap to its upper stop and rotate clockwise for LPG, release and lock into place
  3. For LPG only, connect wire N20 from the regulator to wire 45 from the ECM harness using quick-connect adapters
  4. To reset for NG, push up the adjusting cap and rotate counterclockwise, release and lock
  5. Disconnect wire N20 and wire 45 to reset for NG
