Before you start

  • Damaged, worn, or loose air cleaner

Procedure

  1. Remove the wing nut and air cleaner element.
  2. Remove the precleaner (if so equipped) from
  3. Gently tap the flat side of the paper element to
  4. Inspect the rubber seal (sleeve) on the stud. If
  5. Reinstall the precleaner, paper element, wing
