Before you start
- Explosive fuel vapors.
- Accidental starting.
Procedure
- Press OFF and remove F3 fuse; disconnect battery charger.
- Disconnect starting battery, negative lead first; turn off fuel supply.
- Remove hose clamp and fuel hose from hose fitting.
- Insert LP orifice into hose fitting.
- Slide hose onto fitting and secure with clamp.
- Disconnect DSAI leads 65 and N5 for LP.
- Connect and turn on new fuel supply.
- Reconnect battery, negative lead last; reconnect battery charger.
- Reinstall F3 fuse and start generator set with RUN button.
- Check for leaks using a gas leak detector.
- Run generator set and check operation; adjust output and stability if necessary.
- Press OFF to shut down generator set.
